Graduated in Business Administration, André Novis has worked in the automotive sector for more than 18 years. In 2014, he entered the entertainment industry and since then has been Executive Producer in many feature films such as “The Invisible Life of Eurídice Gusmão” (Un Certain Regard at Cannes 2019), by Karim Aïnouz and “Mainstream”, by Gia Coppola. Novis has acted as Associate Producer in the feature “Shine Your Eyes” (Berlinale 2019) and “The Traitor” (Italy entry for the International Feature Film at the 2020 Oscars), by Marco Bellocchio. Since December 2019, he has been a partner at Gullane.

Since 1990, Caio has worked as an executive in numerous productions; he specializes in the development of artistic projects, production planning, and stands out for his abilities in talent management. He is the director of the Union of the Audiovisual Industry of the State of São Paulo, member of ENCINE – the Cinema Office of the City of São Paulo and Counsellor of the Brazilian Academy of Cinema. He is seen as a reference for his practical vision, which combines strategy, creativity and experience.

Debora Ivanov is a lawyer, producer and partner at Gullane. She has over 25 years of experience in the market, with a focus on business and institutional relations. She was director of Ancine, the Brazilian Film Agency, from 2015 to 2019. She is an Executive Director of SIAESP – São Paulo’s Audiovisual Industry Guild. Her work also stands out in the Social Responsibility area, for she is the founder of Instituto Querô, dedicated to the formation of young filmmakers from peripheral regions and +Mulheres Lideranças do Audiovisual Brasileiro, a network focused on developing women’s leadership in the Audiovisual Sector.

In over 20 years of career, Fabiano cultivates a vast diplomatic and commercial experience in his productions. In the international market, he has participated in pioneering co-production with Europe and Asia and was one of the collaborators in the creation of the National Export Program "Cinema do Brasil", where he is currently a member of the Management Committee. Fabiano is an idealizer that anchors his name in innovative investments, always seeking to overcome the barriers of the Brazilian cinematographic market.

Produtora Executiva Mestiça entre Fukushima e Minas Gerais, Ana é paulista, corinthiana, feminista, acredita na democracia e mãe de uma menina incrível. É formada em Rádio e Televisão pela Faap e Ciências Sociais pela USP. Trabalhou no terceiro setor em ONGs voltadas à educação, na rádio Jovem Pan FM, na produção de jornalismo da TV Cultura até chegar à Gullane em 2005. Pedro é formado em Adminstração e Marketing na ESPM e iniciou sua trajetória no cinema nacional em 2006 na própria Gullane, como estagiário do departamento financeiro. Ao longo de 11 anos realizou diversos projetos como controller, assistente executivo e coordenador executivo em diferentes produtoras e retornou à Gullane em 2017 neste novo desafio corporativo. A responsabilidade de assumir a gestão de uma das maiores produtoras do Brasil ganhou um novo ingrediente logo no início do ano com o nascimento da Rosa, primeira filha, e a vida se transformou completamente com a experiência mais desafiadora e gratificante que poderia imaginar: ser pai! Não demorou muito e em 2019 nasceu Antonio, e mais uma etapa de novos aprendizados e de muito crescimento pessoal foi escrita neste roteiro único e imprevisível da vida. Paulista, corinthiano e amante de novos desafios, Pedro exerce suas habilidades de gestão de pessoas e implementação de processos e procedimentos para garantir o ambiente ideal que sempre acompanhou a trajetóra da Gullane: familiar.

Gabriela Tocchio is Kian’s mother, a lover of sports, travel and nature, she has over 15 years of experience in the areas of communication and audiovisual. Advertiser, with specialization in executive production in the United States, she worked at Folha de S. Paulo and at the Giusti/Loducca agency as a communication consultant. For 8 years she was the business director of the Schurmann Family, developing cross-platform projects for large companies, corporate alliances and audiovisual cases (cinema and television). She served as an entertainment industry executive with productions in NYC, Cannes, Toronto and New Zealand. She was the director of projects and strategic connections at Repense. He is currently responsible for Gullane’s Business and Branded Content area, focused on marketing projects for TV, cinema and other media, connecting brands with good stories and leading content management for digital platforms.

Manuela Mandler é formada em Comunicação pela Universidade de Trieste, na Itália. Depois de ter trabalhado na distribuidora italiana Keyfilms, mudou para o Brasil. Entre 2000 e 2007 foi responsável pela coordenação de lançamento de importantes filmes brasileiros quais Carandiru, de Hector Babenco e O Ano em que meus pais saíram de férias de Cao Hamburger. Desde 2007 é responsável pelo departamento internacional da Gullane, coordenando a estratégia dos festivais internacionais, as vendas internacionais e os projetos de coprodução internacional como Birdwatchers, de Marco Bechis, coprodução Ítalo-brasileira (Competição no Festival de Veneza 2008); Tabu, de Miguel Gomes, coprodução entre Portugal, Franca, Alemanha e Brasil (Competição em Berlim 2012); Amazonia 3D de Thierry Ragobert, coprodução entre França e Brasil (Filme de Fechamento de Veneza 2013).

Laura Rossi is executive producer and scholar for the audiovisual industry, with a Master in Cinema Studies from NYU and academic training at Universidad del Cine in Argentina, and, in Brazil, at FAAP and AIC. Laura has worked with the promotion of Latin American cinema in the US, and, since 2018, is the International Coordinator at Brazilian production company Gullane. As a scholar, Laura offers courses at Ethos and Sebrae, and participates on talks and workshops regularly.
