    Graduated in Business Administration, André Novis has worked in the automotive sector for more than 18 years. In 2014, he entered the entertainment industry and since then has been Executive Producer in many feature films such as “The Invisible Life of Eurídice Gusmão” (Un Certain Regard at Cannes 2019), by Karim Aïnouz and “Mainstream”, by Gia Coppola. Novis has acted as Associate Producer in the feature “Shine Your Eyes” (Berlinale 2019) and “The Traitor” (Italy entry for the International Feature Film at the 2020 Oscars), by Marco Bellocchio. Since December 2019, he has been a partner at Gullane.

    Debora Ivanov is a lawyer, producer and partner at Gullane. She has over 25 years of experience in the market, with a focus on business and institutional relations. She was director of Ancine, the Brazilian Film Agency, from 2015 to 2019. She is an Executive Director of SIAESP – São Paulo’s Audiovisual Industry Guild. Her work also stands out in the Social Responsibility area, for she is the founder of Instituto Querô, dedicated to the formation of young filmmakers from peripheral regions and +Mulheres Lideranças do Audiovisual Brasileiro, a network focused on developing women’s leadership in the Audiovisual Sector.

Ao longo de 11 anos realizou diversos projetos como controller, assistente executivo e coordenador executivo em diferentes produtoras e retornou à Gullane em 2017 neste novo desafio corporativo. A responsabilidade de assumir a gestão de uma das maiores produtoras do Brasil ganhou um novo ingrediente logo no início do ano com o nascimento da Rosa, primeira filha, e a vida se transformou completamente com a experiência mais desafiadora e gratificante que poderia imaginar: ser pai! Não demorou muito e em 2019 nasceu Antonio, e mais uma etapa de novos aprendizados e de muito crescimento pessoal foi escrita neste roteiro único e imprevisível da vida.     Manuela Mandler é formada em Comunicação pela Universidade de Trieste, na Itália. Depois de ter trabalhado na distribuidora italiana Keyfilms, mudou para o Brasil.     Laura Rossi is executive producer and scholar for the audiovisual industry, with a Master in Cinema Studies from NYU and academic training at Universidad del Cine in Argentina, and, in Brazil, at FAAP and AIC. Laura has worked with the promotion of Latin American cinema in the US, and, since 2018, is the International Coordinator at Brazilian production company Gullane. As a scholar, Laura offers courses at Ethos and Sebrae, and participates on talks and workshops regularly.
