B.A.: The Future’s Dead

Set in a dystopian Brazil where the Amazon rainforest has become an industrial park and pollution has taken over the sky, and in which an autocrat governs through technology while weapons are offered on tv. In the plot, the fashion among kigs is O Beijo Adolescente: a brand created by three teenagers, Clown, Linlin and Tomás, to cover up a secrect society of high school students with superpowers, whose purpose is to develop the kids’gift, protect themselves from adults and enjoy adolescence before it’s too late… Since when they turn 18, everyone loses their colors and is affected by an endless apathy, a mysterious phenomenon called monochromatism. But the arrival teenager and a wave of murders of super-powered young people puts the existence of BA and the future of the nation in question.
