Maicon and Jennifer have been married for 17 years and live in a housing complex in São Paulo with their two daughters. Jennifer works as a receptionist at a pediatric clinic, while Maicon works as a night security guard at a warehouse. When Maicon loses his job and money becomes tight, he decides to apply for his favorite reality show. To his surprise, Jennifer, secretly signed up by her brother, is selected, and he is not. Now, Maicon must take on the full responsibility of the household and care for their daughters alone for three months while Jennifer is on the show.
